Small scope, fast loops, no feature creep. Every game is built with Flutter for iOS and Android, powered by Firebase, with AdMob and RevenueCat where it fits.
Spark
One mechanic, one screen. If it isn't fun in the first ten seconds, it goes back in the jar.
Prototype
Grey boxes and placeholder sounds. Play it over and over until the core loop clicks.
Polish
Art, juice, sound and tuning. Every tap gets feedback, every fail feels fair.
Ship
Builds go out to the App Store and Google Play. Then the next idea comes off the shelf.
