Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
ZG PlayLab (ZG Development, "we", "us") is an independent developer of mobile games for iOS and Android. This policy explains what information our games and this website (zgplaylab.com) collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to every game published under the ZG PlayLab name unless a game has its own privacy policy, which is linked from that game's page on this site and in its store listing.
2. What we collect
We do not ask you for personal information such as your name, address or phone number, and our games do not require an account.
Some information may be collected automatically by the platforms and services built into our games:
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system version, language, game events (for example level reached or session length) and crash reports.
- Advertising identifiers — such as Google's Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA (only if you allow tracking on iOS), used to show and measure ads.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address by ad and analytics providers, at country or city level.
- Purchases — in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment details.
- Game progress and settings — stored locally on your device. Deleting the game deletes this data.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Website analytics. zgplaylab.com uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which game pages and store buttons are used. In the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland it only runs after you click "Allow" in the cookie banner; elsewhere it is on by default and you can turn it off with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details (how Google uses this data).
3. How we use it
- To run the game and keep it stable (crash reports, performance).
- To understand which features players enjoy so we can improve our games.
- To show ads that keep our games free, and to measure how those ads perform.
- To answer your support requests.
- To email you about new games, only if you subscribed on our website.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-party services
Our games may use some of the following services. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy. Not every game uses every service; each game's App Store "App Privacy" section and Google Play "Data safety" section show exactly what that game uses.
- Google AdMob (ads)
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, In-App Messaging, Remote Config)
- RevenueCat (manages in-app purchases such as "Remove ads", in games that offer them)
- Apple App Store & Game Center
- Google Play Services & Play Games
5. Advertising choices
- iOS: our games ask for permission before tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads).
- Where required by law (for example in the EU/EEA and UK), we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can change your choice from the game's settings menu where available.
6. Children
Our games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Where a game may be played by children, ads are limited to non-personalised ads. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Retention & security
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you. Data held by third-party services is kept according to their own retention policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us with the name of the game and the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days. See also how to delete your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
